    The good thingstim worknya sangat baik, kompensasi yang diterima cukup, beban kerjanya masih sangat bisa teratasi. walaupun kerjasama antar divisi terkadang mengalami kendala tetapi secara keseluruhan menyenangkan bekerja disini. kemungkinan untuk maju dan berkembang bagi tiap individu juga sangat baik disini.

    The good thingsBergabung di tim audit support pekerjaan yang dilakukan tidak terlalu sulit karena head divisi dan koordinator sangat membantu dalam hal-hal yang dirasa sulit. Tim juga sangat kompak jadi jarang sekali berselisih paham karena mengerti satu sama lain. Belum pernah menemukan tim se solid ini mulai dari atasan sampai bawah saling rangkul, saling support dan saling memahami.
    The challengesChallenge bergabung di divisi audit ini harus melakukan penghitungan barang dan sangat dituntut untuk teliti, jujur dan amanah. Juga kita harus melihat apakah di store di area cover kita terdapat masalah lain selain barang yang minus contohnya seperti spg/spb yang nakal melakukan penjualan barang diluar store yang mengakibatkan kerugian perusahaan dan itu harus ditindak lanjuti.

    Company Culture is the Best!
    The good thingsWalaupun perkantorannya tidak diarea elit perkantoran pada umumnya, namun untuk gaji dan benefit disini sudah baik. Budaya kerjanya juga kekeluargaan, tidak ada politik-politikan. User semunya support team, yang tidak bisa pasti dibantu, dan yang pasti disini Head Div trust team to do something. Hasil pekerjaan akan direview. Jadi kalau ada yang salah atau yang kurang bisa diperbaiki dan menjadi pelajaran, nambah ilmu sudah pasti. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman juga bisa dilihat dari turnover yang rendah.
    The challengesChallenges disini justru harus bisa kerja tanpa diawasi. Karena Head Div rata-rata percaya sama karyawan untuk kerja mandiri. Hasil kerjaan tetap dipantau namun untuk yang memanfaatkan kondisi tidak bekerja karena tidak diawasi sepertinya tidak akan dapat apa-apa. Karena disini banyak hal yang dapat dipelajari dan tentunya harus inisiatif.

    The good thingsKerja disini membuka wawasan kita kalau marketing dan sales itu selalu berhubungan walau sering berselisih pendapat. Selisih pendapat wajar, tapi final decision itu yang penting karena semua untuk kemajuan perusahaan. Sales achieve every month, every people in the company happy because can get more commission. Komisi, cuti, klaim, semua jelas. Tidak ada yang ditutupi.

    The good thingsThis is my first job that I got after I graduated from my university. I had no experience and didn't know anything at the beginning. But, the team here were really helpful. All of them are so friendly and caring. So, I have had a lot of things to learn and study here from zero. I guess working environment here is the good thing here.
    The challengesAs I had been working here for almost two years, I think the challenge here is to cooperate with other department in the company. It's because every team has each target to achieve, but in the end, the finance and accounting department team is the one to handle all of it.

    The good thingsEmployers are responsible, as in they give you freedom but at the same time keep you on track. Co-workers are nice people. They want to help you at work. And not only at work, they also actively invite you to their outside-of-work activities, such as movies, sports, etc. Overall a really comfortable workplace
    The challengesI can't name any challenges as I was only a 3-month-intern. But if I have to name one, it's a relatively small company so there are only so much you can learn (if you are inexperienced like I was in the internship).
