    The good thingsSaya suka lingkungan kerjanya yang sangat nyaman, baik dari segi rekan rekan maupun atasannya. Saya suka sistem kerjanya yang begitu rapi, tertata dan terkoordinir dengan sangat baik.. tentunya saya menyukai rutinitas kerja saya disini.
    The challengesKesulitan yang saya rasakan di awal adalah mengenai pelaksanaan interview kandidat. Akan tetapi, berkat bimbingan dan dukungan rekan rekan dan atasan pada akhirnya saya bisa menjalankannya dengan baik secara perlahan sesuai dengan tuntutan yang diberikan kepada saya.

    The good thingsIn this internship, I learned how to find an opportunity for the company to utilize human resources, make a method to control employees, and how to provide positive energy to the team that is in a bad state.

    A great place to streghten your skills
    The good things1. It work culture. It may be subjective but I do feel 'homey'. 2. It encourage you to explore new skills. 3. As far as I know, there is no micro management. So, you will feel independent, yet still developed and maintained.
    The challengesAdapt to new environment. Since there is no micro management, even when it is your first day. So, it is possible to feel not 'welcomed'. 'Pro' tips for those will apply: 1. Ask questions to your mentor 2. Join your mentor social activities 3. Expand your relations, not only on your divisions 4. Be assertive.

    The good things4 years of great experience. You can learn new things everyday in this company, and you can develop your skill according to your task. Even though the task is not in your skill list, just do as you are told and give some ideas or suggestion to your head department and together it can be accomplished. Sometimes they held training to develop your leadership, creative thinking, cooperation, and other skills.

    Tempat yang Baik untuk Belajar
    The good thingsSaya bekerja di Sahabat Utama Group, tepatnya di Firstasia Consultants sebagai Assessor. Tempat kerja formal pertama saya yang sangat sempurna untuk mengasah tidak hanya hard skill yang saya miliki tetapi juga soft skill. Bagaimana memposisikan diri untuk terlepas dari zona nyaman dan berguna untuk di kemudian hari di manapun saya berada. Belajar belajar dan terus belajar karena setiap hari saya harus bertemu dengan beragam karakter kandidat maupun klien. Rasa bosan sudah pasti tidak terelakkan bahkan di pekerjaan apapun. Tapi pembelajaran pun datang dari rekan kerja yang sangat suportif. Kesediaan untuk saling membantu dan berbagi derita menjadi support system yang sempurna.
    The challengesPekerjaan rutin yang membuat saya bosan dan sudah tidak dapat terbendung lagi untuk mempelajari hal lain. Nature pekerjaan spesialis yang memang menuntut saya untuk berkutat memperdalam satu ilmu bukanlah satu hal yang buruk. Namun alangkah lebih baik ketika semua pihak tahu bagaimana caranya me-release kebosanan dan memenuhi kebutuhannya.

    The good thingsI enjoy the flexibility given by the company to shape each employee entrepreneurship and decision making skills. I had some experience working with Multinational and Local companies in the past. However, Sahabat Utama Group is different and unique. Sahabat Utama Group provides you, the combination of both local and multinational feelings. Given that this company has multinational partners in doing its business, the experience to build network and negotiate with different types of companies, cultures and style become a great experience. Not like the multinational that usually very complicated in term of system, working at Sahabat Utama is very simple. You don't have to spend many hours to only doing administration things, but on the contrary, you can spend your valuable time to develop your communication, analytical and decision making skills, that is very essential on your personal development and entrepreneurship. This company is also people oriented, so you will feel very comfortable to have your second family at work.
    The challengesIf you are the person that doesn't like to develop new things, and only following the current system, you will not be able to grow much, but if you are type of person that innovative, full of ideas, like to improve something, you could find this place as a very good place to improve yourselves. Trial and error would be okay, as long as you always learn from the failure and do better and keep improving after that.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang cukup menyenangkan. Karena saya pribadi tidak suka adanya persaingan antar rekan kerja, maka disini sangat nyaman, karena tidak ada drama / sikut-sikutan untuk terlihat lebih baik dimata atasan.
    The challengesSulitnya untuk kenaikan pangkat, tidak ada bonus, gaji pun tidak terlalu tinggi. Tidak ada lemburan apabila ada tugas diweekend / kerja sampai pagi. Tidak ada kompensasi apapun, hanya mengandalkan modal loyalitas kami saja.
