    The good thingsBerbaur / bertemu dengan banyak orang (pelanggan), mengenal karakter pelanggan, merasa senang dan bahagia saat saya bisa membantu orang lain (pelanggan), banyak pelatihan-pelatihan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan

    The good thingspertemanan yang baik, banyak diadakannya program training, adanya pengembangan diri, banyak pelatihan-pelatihan dalam handle customer, dll. berbaur dengan customer memberikan banyak pengalaman dan perkenalan baru
    The challengesbekerja sebagai customer service yang pada umumnya di dalam ruangan, melayani customer, tetapi juga harus menyebar brosur ke lapangan per minggu 2-3 kali ke (masjid, sekolah, pasar, perumahan, taman, dll). perbulan 2000 lembar, di tengah terik matahari, maupun hujan dalam perjalanan. dan door to door ke sekolah, rumah-rumah, untuk mencari calon pasien, maupun calon mitra,

    I worked a lot here, from digital marketing, content, to corporate communication. I have worked as digital content specialist, also videographer, also writer, also public relation, also photographer, also customer relation too.
    The good thingsThis the best place to learn and to share with others. You could develop your ability, develop your responsibility, develop your brain, and also develop your soul. You know about the details process of circumcision which is very good for healthy life and investment.
    The challengesYou should work for long hours and should be not scare with blood. You should spent your holiday time too every twice a week when there are so many customer come to the clinic. In other hand, you should learn something new by yourself.

    The good thingsSaya mendapatkan ilmu dibagian penyunatan yang lebih modern ditempat saya bekerja sekarang. Jam kerja 1 minggu 5 hari selama 8 jam/ hari, sehingga pekerjaannya tidak menyita waktu. Tempat kerja yang nyaman karena berada di Perumahan. Pekerjaan yang mengutamakan pelayanan terhadap pasien.
    The challengeskesejahteraan karyawan masih kurang diperhatikan. kesehatan karyawan kurang menjadi prioritas, sehingga banyak karyawan yg tidak mendapatkan jaminan kesehatan. pekerjaan yang dilakukan merangkap semuanya seperti, Asistent Dokter, Kasir, Costumer Service, Laporan Keuangan, Marketing dll. Tidak ada diberikan uang insentif, hanya mendapatkan gaji perbulan saja. jika ada kenaikan gaji, buka gaji pokok yang ditambah namun uang transport atau uang makan yang ditambah. Untuk THR masih menggunakan gaji pokok, nukan 1 bulan gaji.
