    The good thingsPartner kerjanya dapat diandalkan, kerjanya tidak terlalu sibuk (agak santai), pekerjaannya mudah dikerjakan
    The challengesPimpinan divisi sangat tidak bisa diajak bekerjasama (bad attitude), gaji yang diberikan sangat jauh di bawah UMR, jam kerja lebih dari 40jam seminggu, upah lembur sangat kecil, pemberian tunjangan seperti bpjs kesehatan harus minimal 2th kerja dan bpjs ketenagakerjaan harus minimal 5th kerja
