    The good thingsThe working environment is good, staffs and co-worker are friendly and cooperative. The pay are so-so, nevertheless it was higher than average in the city. Not bound by contracts, you can resign even less than one year if you want to study or work somewhere else.
    The challengesMessy schedule because lack of coworkers. Lack of career developments. Pay are average. Lack of feedback and input from other departments.
