    The good thingsThe Founder or CEO of the company directly gave me feedback regarding my job especially what needs to be improved at the earlier working phase, so I personally didn't leave buffled and had clear guidances of what I was doing at that time.
    The challengesThe company I was in is one of the branch from the main company: TCInvest, it was (still is) relatively a new company, so it was pretty challenging to boost up the company profile with the help of my contents.
