    My teaching experience in different countries has made my teaching profession more effective and efficient.
    The good thingsLeading a school has shaped my potentials and skills to help the school grow. The school has given me the opportunity to expand my horizon in dealing various issues and taught me to be an eager beaver in terms of enhancing the customer service standards of the school.
    The challengesHandling different parents with different personalities and characters has been a big challenge, yet it has made me wiser and more passionate in my teaching career. In addition, dealing with learners who have different learning potentials has been a challenge as well. However, because of them I have learnt how to be a dynamic teacher to be able to cater the needs of these students.

    The good thingsRoyal Wells School adalah sekolah swasta umum yang berstatus SPK yang mengggunakan kurikulum Nasional dan jg mengadopt kurikulum Cambridge. Sekolah ini. Karena sekolah ini adalah sekolah umum maka menerima guru, siswa dan staff dari berbagai suku dan agama. Keberagaman dan toleransi yg tinggi menciptakan kenyamanan bagi segenap individu di dalamnya. Guru2 berpengalaman dan suasana kerja yg saling mendukung merupakan hal yg terbaik di sekolah ini. Sementara di sisi akademik, sekolah ini cukup memiliki prestasi meski belum setingkat nasional.
    The challengesBeberapa tahun belakangan sempat mencoba melakukan perubahan pada tim manajemennya sehingga mengakibatkan sedikit gangguan dlm sinergitas dan operasional sekolah. Namun masalah2 tersebut segera diatasi sehingga perlahan-lahan mulai mendapatkan lagi kepercayaan baik dari dalam mau pu. Dari luar sekolah.
