    The challengesDalam menjalankan pembebasan lahan kesulitan yang di temukan adalah dengan rendahnya nilai kompensasi Tali asih, sehingga masyarakat masih merasa keberatan dengan hal tersebut. sebaiknya kedepannya dilakukan dengan pola yang berbeda contoh dengan tukar guling diluar konsesi.

    Wildlife monitoring and Forest Patrol is a great experience in this company
    The good thingsWildlife monitoring by tracking in the forest and find any kind of wildlife presence especially elephant. Elephant monitoring is something special that we can do in this company. We do forest patrol to make sure there is no illegal activity and we also do some short training to identified any kind of tree species in our reserve.
    The challengesAs a big company which has a lot of workers and some departments, it is necessary to build good communication between departments and make an optimal system about workflow. The digitizing system still need to improve here.
