The good thingsberkomunikasi dengan para operator unit produksi, diskusi dengan quality assurance dan membuat serta mengingat hasil kerja sebagai acuan pembuatan SOP. kendala yang terjadi di produksi mengenai product membuat diri saya menambah ilmu baru, menambah wawasan dan memacu saya untuk memberikan solusi.
The challengeshal yang sulit adalah melobi operator agar sesuai dengan SOP meskipun itu sulit diterapkan namun saya meyakinkan kepada operator bahwa semua akan mudah jika sudah terbiasa serta memberitahu hal apa yang akan terjadi jika tidak mengikuti SOP terutama berdampak pada hasil yang mempengaruhi kualitas order customer dan pastinya berdampak pada seluruh operator juga nantinya.
