Working in Dynamic EnvironmentThe good thingsDuring my time at PT Royal Inti Mandiri Abadi, i was challenged to bring major change for the previous system transforming into a more effective - efficient system and company policies. I had so many exposure to learn many new things which is i have no experience before, but overall it takes me to a higher level of leadership, teamwork and working experience in dynamic environment especially in HR, GA & IR Department.
The challengesThe company policies which are derived from the holding company cannot be implemented entirely because some of particular reason, therefore sometimes we have to make excuses for few conditions. Unfortunately some of those decisions could reduce the essence of the former policies.
