    The challengesThere's no such thing as work-life balance. All you have to do when you join this company is to work from monday @8AM to 7PM all the way from Monday to Friday. And on Satuurday and Sunday where you all supposed to be relaxing will be replaced by tons of jobs as well. The disrespect of personal life barrier is too strong on this one. They will be mad if you don't reply their inquiry on Satuurday and Sunday. Payment is not as good as expected There's no proper training for newly hired

    The challengesHigh standards for project design, technical specifications, quality of work, and also safety regulations during project implementation make the price offered not competitive compared to its competitors, so that only certain clients (the majority of countries from Europe) use their services.

Tekanan kerja yang tinggi dikarenakan kebudayaan lama yang belum terlebur dengan kebudayaan yang baru, yang lebih baik, dan lebih tersusun rapi. Masih mempertahankan sistem manajemen yang lama.
