    The good things(+) I get good salary & knowledgement and also good friends. (+) There are a lot of various machines in factory. So, a lot of troubles make me learn to be smart & fast. (+) Learn to do good coordinate with various people.
    The challenges* Because of reduction of labor. A difficult thing that handle for factory problem i.e. various different machine problems by engineer. * Unbalanced people (based age and their origin) with their ego. (-) Bad things is this company shows that it is easier to get out somebody. (-) And also there are bad competition inside even in same department. (-) And I think them aren't learn for mistakes as if they are think righteous. So, I think live to job there isn't good for long time. (+) But if you're want to get experiences and good salary maybe it can be right place.
