    The challengesBad Teamwork + Management System Working Hours Mon-Fri 07.30 - 18.00. During break time, all staffs must be at Security Room. You can get fired whenever they want it The office is near the warehouse, it's small office.

    The challenges1. Bad System and Culture. 2. No Clear SOP. 3. Working Hours : Monday to Friday 07.30 to 18.00.
