    The good thingsAtasan yang mau mendengar secara dua arah serta atasan yang mau turun kebawah jika memang ada kesulitan, sama sama mencari solusi bukan untuk mencari kesalaihan sehingga terjadinya suasana yang baik dan maximal.
    The challengesadanya dokumen yang tidak tersusun dengan baik peninggalan finance sebelumnya sehingga menyulitkan pencarian dokumen, bahkan ada beberapa dokumen yang terselip entah kemana.
