    Decent Salary but that's all.
    The good thingsThe salary range is OK but that's all.
    The challengesThe company expects employees to deliver results even when facing obstacles beyond their control. Sales is treated as the top priority, while other functions are expected to adjust—even when the necessary infrastructure is not in place. When this misalignment leads to problems, responsibility is placed on the employees rather than the system. As a result, many employees choose to leave before securing another job. The decision to risk unemployment reflects how severe the situation has become.

    The good thingsMostly in here you got work and life balance, and usually the salary range is OK compare to same industries
    The challengesThis company is joint venture between 2 family company, so the culture inside sometimes isn't professional. In Here, we also just doing the orders, even tough you're in managerial level
