Perusahaan sangat mengapresiasi setiap perbaikan yang dilakukan hingga penambahan bonus yang sangat besar dan penilaian tahunan yang sangat baik.
    The challengesKesulitan yang dihadapi adalah belum semua rekan kerja mau bekerja sama untuk mengimplementasikan perbaikan/Kaizen di bagian kerjanya. Sehingga proses Kaizen akan cenderung lama atau bahkan ada yang mangkrak di tengah jalan karena tidak ada dukungan dari rekan kerja yang areanya dijadikan projek kaizen. Namun banyak yang mudah diatasi jika melakukan sosialisasi dengan baik dan Horenso dijalankan.
