    The good thingsBanyak ilmu dan pengalaman baru yang di dapat dari awal bekerja sampai sekarang masih bekerja. Berkesempatan juga untuk dinas ke Manila untuk keperlua demo dan training client baru disana. Mampu membuat diri sendiri untuk terus belajar karena akan ada terus hal-hal baru yang ditemui. Tidak lupa diberi kesempatan untuk training skill baru, contohnya: kantor mendatangkan guru bahasa inggris yang native speaker selama sebulan untuk mentraining karyawan agar karyawan bisa dan tidak kaku dalam berbahasa inggris
    The challengessaat awal bekerja harus belajar tentang dunia pariwisata karena baru di perusahaan ini saya kerja di dunia pariwisata walaupun sebenarnya perusahaan ini adalah perusahaan IT. semakin banyak client, semakin banyak juga requirement nya, jadi kita harus meng-enhance terus aplikasi yang sudah dibangun

    The good thingsDapat bekerja lebih, berkesempatan mengenal dan mempelajari hal baru, penuh tantangan, fleksible, cepat, harus rela berkorban waktu dan tenaga lebih dengan bayaran sedikit
