The challengesIt might be a family company but it is a large multinational business so there are a lot of people you need to get to know.

Wonderful job with great potential career progression hampered by an outdated corporate structure in need of review.
The good thingsThis is a great company to work for if you have no other commitments and are willing to devote a LOT of time to the job to get ahead. You will be given all the tools you need to monitor your customers and track how you are performing.
Management can be excellent if you are demonstrating you are putting everything into your workload.
The IT system is excellent and an incredibly powerful tool, however it does require you to devote immense periods of time to maintaining records to get the most out of it.
The challengesRedox has a Matrix management structure, trending towards horizontal. This means that at any one time you may have 3 managers getting involved in your work which can be exhausting. If you are doing well then you will be supported, but if you are not performing it is almost impossible to get back on track due to the extra work you will be required to do.

Learnt a lot in the role, however was not satisfied with the culture.

The challengesSenior management are difficult to work with. The KPI system takes up unnecessary amount of time to input satisfactory data. Micromanaged in great detail. Unachievable bonus structures.
