    A good step for my career
    The good thingsin this company, we work as a team and individual. The salary is always paid on time and the benefits are also good. One of the most important things is the co-workers are super friendly.
    The challengesI worked overtime on normal days but didn't get paid, even though in the agreement it said that there is payment for overtime. Well, actually you need to propose overtime to your direct supervisor, but because no one did it, you won't do it.

    The challengesKesulitan dalam bekerja tentunya pasti ada, akan tetapi di tmpt sya yg skarang karena produk yg dipakai adalah bahan alam tentu nya kita akan lebih detail dan lebih ketat dalam mengeluarkan standar produk yang bisa kita proses. Kita jg selalu melakukan review terhadap standar kualitas yg sudah kita keluarkan sebagai acuan proses diproduksi.
