    The challengesGaji dibawah standar untuk pertambangan. Harus bisa mengerjakan semua hal termasuk yang bukan bidang, tetap "bekerja pada saat cuti (offsite)", komunikasi dan koordinasi antar departemen kurang baik, keputusan selalu di Kantor Pusat. Ide anda adalah "ide atasan", dan promosi yang tidak jelas.
