    Management is poor and lacks concern for employee well-being.
    The good thingsThe work environment is friendly thanks to great colleagues, despite the challenges in management.
    The challengesDespite showing integrity and loyalty while following all rules, my efforts went unrecognized. Though the contract was for one role, I handled many tasks. Later, my status was changed to "partnership" with pay below Depok’s minimum wage (UMP).
