    The atmosphere is good, but not the income.
    The good thingsWe will feel a family atmosphere if we are involved in activities held by the school
    The challengesEmployees who frequently do additional work can be considered as their main job, but unfortunately without being accompanied by a salary. Annual performance reviews are like a "joke".
