Great school, but not without flaws
The good thingsMulticultural environment, many students are from expat family, amazing children and probably the brightest kids I've ever met. The foreign teachers are extremely kind, especially Filipinas. The facility is of course top notch and the best the kids can get
The challengesSome complained about salary and I can't agree more. Hostile working environment

Improve admin accuracy, communication, fairness, and handover to support teachers and students.
The good thingsa. Provides valuable experience teaching in an international and multicultural environment. b. Students are generally bright, active, and diverse in background. c. Some colleagues and department heads are supportive and genuinely committed to education. d. Offers opportunities for teachers to grow and adapt to global teaching standards.
The challengesa. Payroll process: There is room for improvement in ensuring the accuracy of part-time teacher payments. In one instance, the payment was initially miscalculated but later corrected after clarification. b. Performance evaluation: Teacher performance could be assessed with more consideration for adjustment periods, as some evaluations appear to be made too quickly. c. Discipline enforcement: A clearer and more consistent approach to student discipline would help maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere. d. Communication: Some school events are announced too suddenly or not via email, disrupting lesson plans. e. Conflict resolution: Needs a more balanced, fact-based approach for fairness. f. Library: Accounting materials are limited and need updating. g. Printing: Facilities often malfunction, causing delays or extra costs. h. Handover: Lacks clear structure and checklist, making transition less smooth.
