    The good thingsRabobank is a good and sweet company. Robabank always give the best for their employee. Very fun, good coordinate with all management. The benefit is also very good for us. Rabobank given us good insurance from LIPPO, DPLK from Manulife, BPJSK, BPJSTK, and others. Salary is also attractive, and Rabobank provide us with a good training.
    The challengesThe challenge is how to communicate with upper management everyday. because for handle problem customers, we must coordinate with them. But, something amazing in Rabobank, all upper management in there is good and very friendly. So, we can learn how to communicate good because we have seen a good role model.
