    Good Experience
    The good thingsThe place is in the central Jakarta where you can go anywhere for breaks from work. Good environment inside the company, more like a family company based on the relationship among the employees. The PD is young and very open when you have any ideas, you can directly tell him anything. The job is very simple and easy to understand that's what makes this company special to me.
    The challengesI had a target to achieve every week. That is the main challenge to work here. At first it sounded scary but after doing the job itself, it was very good to gain self confident through achieving target. The target is not bad, it made me gain a lot of knowledge and more confident in myself.

    The good things- Rekan kerja sangat baik dalam membimbing.. - Pengajaran Boss, sangat jelas - Ulang tahun tiap karyawan dirayakan ( Patungan ) - Suasana kantor sangat menyenangkan kalau ada perayaan ibadah, Lebaran, Natal, Waisak. - Sangat terbuka dengan Agama manapun - Jam makan siang, sangat menyenangkan - Tunjangan sangat jelas - Tidak ada paksaan untuk menetap, diberikan kebebasan
    The challenges- Kalau tidak mencapai target, tidak bisa bergaul dengan atasan - Ada Politik - Boss gampang terhasut dengan kata orang lain yang lebih dekat, meskipun itu bukan fakta
