    Bad managements, overtime culture, interior designers are treated badly
    The good thingsCo-workers and work environment. Good for starting out but it goes constant and stale after a year.
    The challengesVery tight deadlines with uncertain projects, not enough human sources so you will work on many stuffs at once, perfectionists workmates, hard to get salary raise, overtime is like a culture here.

    The good thingsYou will learn about new Architecture Program which is uncommonly use in University. You also learn a lot about how drawing the design properly.
    The challengesYou hard to find life balance in here except you can manage it. Workaholic environment is how to describe it.

    Working as a a fresh grad architect, but doing every task for a whole team. Drawing, checking, weekly meeting, etc. one mixed-use building, should be drawn by a team, but in QI, one building for one person.
