    The good things-) Salary is higher compare to company, significant increase each year if you promote -) Best colleague you can find, mostly people here is knowledgeable and friendly -) Lot of opportunity for you to grow -) You can find yourself in other city few times a year (for some client)
    The challenges-) During certain times, you'll be working long hours -) You have know how to manage time efficiently, if not, you'll find yourself burn out

    Great Opportunity yet Great Challenges
    The good thingsWorking for the first employer of my career path, PwC Indonesia was a great start. I did learn a lot during my 1 year 5 months experience there. I applied my knowledge that I got from university and I sharpened my soft skills. Working there raised my ability of critical thinking and problem-solving. Those skills are beneficial for me even after I resigned. The experience of working for PwC Indonesia has shaped me into a persistent and resilient person and has given me priceless learning for a lifetime.
    The challengesWorking environment that PwC provided was good, but there are two things that should be highlighted, the importance of work/life balance and communicate. How to maintain great employees, the employer needs to identify the key of reason why the employees chose to resign and take the matters into further actions to make the rest employees loyal.

    The good thingsPwC have given me opportunity to develop myself. We worked as a team in every project and give insight to each other. Also, there is no seniority eventhough you have discussion with senior or manager level above. Salary also high compared to other firm/company especially for fresh graduates
    The challengesIt was hard to manage my time to have work-life balance, especially during peak period (around January-June). You won't have time for your family or even yourself because most of clients have tight deadline that force you to work during weekend.

    The challengesKetika peak season, biasa terjadi beberapa bulan di awal tahun, terkadang tim harus menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan tenggat waktu sempit dengan resource terbatas, sehingga dalam beberapa kasus sering muncul keluhan overtime berlebih yang terus menerus terjadi selama engagement (2-4 minggu, bahkan lebih, tergantung besaran klien) sehingga sulit mencapai ideal work-life balance.

    The good thingsAll people in here are good and humble for new comer, they also want to tell us and taught us new lesson from their experienced. The other important thing is, this people are have open minded for discussion for your professional judgement. I have learn a lot from this company.
    The challengesTight deadline, and little bit less work/life balance. But in good ways, you have learn a lot how to manage time properly and working effective and efficiently. Also you are supported by audit tech which I known the sophisticated software that I have try so far. But still, in a good ways, all supported data, experience. study case are in those software, you just need to read it to lead you.

    The challengesI think this year in my department, PwC recruited too many associates that result in no jobs for some associates. Lack of job for months may result they keep their resources unproductive, which is a loss for both the employer and employees.
