    The challengesMinusnya lebih ke gaji bulanan dan SOP perusahaan terkait potongan gaji full sehari jika gk masuk karena alasan sakit (tidak melampirkan surat doktor). Selain itu, buat karyawan tetap, kalo ada tambahan jam kerja, tidak terhitung lembur terutama pas sedang menghadapi audit
