The good thingsSaya mempunyai banyak wawasan dibidang operator mesin dimulai dari perusahaan ini, dimana saya diajarkan berbagai macam teknik dan managemen produksi. Banyak pengalaman yang saya tuai dari sini, dan juga ide-ide sudah saya kemukakan untuk perusahaan ini dan sampai saat ini saya masih membekali diri dengan wawasan dan pengalaman pribadi saya dalam dunia kerja.

The challengesKetika saya menemukan kegagalan produk yang sudah saya proses, dan semua sudah saya kerjakan sesuai CPKB SOP yang disediakan perusahaan, disitu saya mulai tertantang untuk mencoba menyelesaikan persoalan bersama tim kerja, dengan cara perbandingan hasil perbaikan produk secara berkala. Dari situ saya dan tim menemukan ada yang berbeda entah dari bahan baku atau proses produksi.
