We have a supportive management team that listens and respects our ideas, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and open communication. The work is rewarding and challenging, providing ample opportunities to learn and grow. The work-life balance is unlike any other company I've worked for. Moreover, the company culture is outstanding. Vistra Indonesia emphasizes teamwork, respect, and diversity, which is reflected in our daily interactions and office activities. I'm incredibly happy to be part of this team and look forward to contributing more in the coming years.
    The challengesAs with any job, there are always challenges. The corporate services sector can be demanding, with tight deadlines and high expectations from clients. However, the supportive atmosphere and strong team dynamics help us navigate these challenges effectively. Sometimes, it can be a bit difficult to switch off from work due to the nature of our client commitments, but the company actively promotes a healthy work-life balance, which I appreciate. In summary, while there are few challenges, the rewarding experience of working at Vistra Indonesia far outweighs them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone seeking a fulfilling career in corporate services.
