    The good thingsI learned so much from here. The best place to learn, to find yourself, to build a good team, to know about business world. Visi, thank you for teaching so many things, how to analyze, how to know financial reports, about time management, build a good cooperation with other division, and other good things.
    The challengesI have to adapt quickly, it was the most challenging phase in my entire life, and now I can see the good effect that I got from the various challenges in Visi.

    A working place that allows you to learn everyday
    The good thingsWith variants of companies' reports handled, we learn every industrial characteristic, economy, business in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. We keep ourselves update to the current news and country condition. The working environment is also great, although most of the workers are youngsters, they are professionals. Each staff can contribute and engaged to the company's objectives.
    The challengesSometimes there are times when we need to have heavy workload, especially when the demand is high. That is quite stressful, but the paycheck is good too.
