    The challengesTidak dapat selalu menjawab/follow up pekerjaan dengan cepat jika dalam keadaan waktu pulang kerja, weekend (hari libur), hari libur nasional.

    The good thingsRasa kekeluargaan yg sangat erat sehingga sangat nyaman untuk bekerja disini, gaji, bonus tahunan, THR yg lebih besar dari perusaan sebelum nya dan selalu ada tantangan baru yg dihadapi. tapi dengan rasa kekeluargaan yg erat, semua itu menjadi terasa mudah untuk dijalani.
    The challengessulit untuk bekerjasama denga rekan, karena terlalu kekeluargaan, sehingga untuk disiplin dan urusan kantor, menjadi terlalu disepelekan.
