    sulit berkembang
    The good thingssistemnya masih kekeluargaan, jadi masih enak buat izin kuliah atau acara keluarga. Setiap tahun mendapatkan bonus 2 kali gaji dan ada uang thr 1 kali gaji. Suasana kerja juga lumayan nyaman dan untuk uang makan dan transport sudah lumayan 80 ribu setiap hari.
    The challengesjenjang karir yang susah untuk berkembang, perusahaan ini terbilang kecil jadi untuk naik jabatan lebih susah. Tidak tersedia BPJS ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS kesehatan, hanya untuk pengobatan ada penggantian sebesar 60%. Untuk gaji tidak terlalu besar.
