    The good thingsYou can work here even if you only high school graduate and a married person. Management is quite strict and full handled by the owner.
    The challengesNo matter how hard you work, you don't get any appreciation for your achievements. Even after reaching the set target you don't get any of it.Regarding the salary, even though you worked for years, maybe your income did not change much from your first salary. So, don't expect much if you expect any career development in this place.

    The good thingsIf you want to work same things for 10 years and more in your life, please welcome to work here. No development, stuck, and your salary will not increase unless the UMR is increase too. Don't waste your time here. If you want to have brighter career and balance life, just please don't. Not worth spend your time here.
    The challengesSo many things. Since this is family company, so all the regulations based on the owner wants. Today the rules is A, tomorrow change to B without even notice the employee. Mostly employees that already worked here stuck due to their age, their last education which mostly from high school, or they have debt to company. Can you imagine, work with high school graduated with same salary as bachelor degree?
