    The good thingsSaya mendapat banyak sekali pengalaman selama bekerja di PT. Trans Kalla Makassar sebagai Staf Fit out. Saya dapat berinteraksi langsung kepada Owner tenant dan kontraktor-kontraktor tenant. Saya juga bekerja dengan berkoordinasi langsung dengan beberapa divisi seperti Civil engineering, MEP Engineering, HSE, dll. Saya sangat bersyukur bisa bekerja di PT. Trans Kalla Makassar.
    The challengesKesulitan yang saya hadapi saat ini hanya terletak pada jarak antara kantor (PT. Trans Kalla Makassar) dan tempat tinggal saya lumayan jauh yakni lebih dari 25km.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang nyaman, Rekan-rekan kerja yang humble dan mudah bersosialisasi. Rutinitas sebagai tenaga IT antara lain menangani keluhan user terkait Hardware, Software dan Internal System. Melakukan Pengawasan & Monitoring Asset-asset IT. Memberikan rekomendasi pengadaan Asset IT.
    The challengesTekanan dalam bekerja kadang kala sangat kuat saat mengejakan project yang cukup besar. Harus bersedia masuk di waktu weekend. Terlalu banyak Pekerjaan administratif yang bertele-tele. Bekerja di bawah atasan yang terlalu perfectionist sehingga banyak bekerjaan yang simple menjadi terasa rumit.
