    The good thingsPerusahaan yang memang bisa dibilang intimate dan kekeluargaan satu sama lain. Jam kerja yang flexible. Memiliki customer yang terpandang. Dan dapat belajar banyak hal. Perusahaan ini tepat untuk anda yang ingin memulai karir.
    The challengesKarena jam yang flexible dan kurangnya struktur yang jelas membuat karyawan bersikap tidak professional dengan jam kerja nya, terkadang menyebabkan turn over yang tinggi sehingga terjadinya beban kerja yang tinggi juga. Kurangnya sosialisasi program ke karyawan terutama dalam ikatan dinas, karyawan diminta ikut sertifikasi namun tidak diberitahu kalau ada ikatan dinas yang membebani dari awal, tiba tiba disuruh tanda tangan perjanjian tersebut. Terdapatnya suatu divisi yang merasa superior, terkadang omongan divisi tersebur sedikit verbal harrasment. Mungkin bisa dijadikan evaluasi.

    The good thingsthe family concept. Each everyone is so humble and warm, it makes it easy to discuss something. There is HR very considering listening to employee problems.
    The challengesthe company system is really terrible, especially when we need to approve something or buy something. There is a division which hard to discuss and self-centered.

    The good thingsMenentukan kerusakan apa saja pada suatu Equipment dan penyebabnya apa saja. kemudian memberikan rekomendasi terhadap equipment tersebut. Bila part masih belum tersedia maka pengambilan data akan dilakukan lebih sering untuk memantau kondisinya agar tidak menyebabkan kerusakan yang lebih parah lagi. kemudian setelah part ada mencari waktu yang tepat untuk mengganti part equipment yang rusak.
    The challengeskesulitan yang dialami adalah adanya data yang kurang lengkap seperti kapan terakhir diperbaiki dan jadwal maintenance yang dilakukan. kemudian adanya trend spectrum yang hampir sama tetapi memiliki masalah yang berbeda sehingga kita perlu tambahan data. kemudian bila adanya kesalahan dalam analysis kita biasanya melakukan trial and error untuk memastikan yang akan dilakukan. biasanya kita melakukan hal yang sederhana terlebih dahulu.
