    Good Place for Training, Terrible place for working
    The good things-Good Place for training, not working -Help vocational student to fulfill graduation requirement -Good Place for High school or Vocational School graduate, not for diploma, bachelor or higher -Good Place for short working term not long (less then 1 year is better) -Very good career path for "Special employee" although he/ she gives small contribution or even negative contribution.
    The challenges- No trade union, therefore never expect you get fair benefit instead you are "special employee" -Manual Working system, current ERP system does not change the situation significantly. -High turnover of office staff -HR not put human resource on the right place -If you are not belong to "Special Employee", although you already put your best performance and show your hard work, never expect good career path here.

    Full of Challenge to Maintain our Determination with small Reward
    The good things- Only do some simple job, but spend so much energy - Good to improve some soft skill - Learn to make improvement and solve the problem through a team - Learn how to collect payment from customer - Learn how to postpone payment to supplier - Learn how to manage working time due to multitasking job. - Learn to communicate with government institution like taxation, BPJS, disnaker, custom and etc.
    The challenges- Survive to face management which prioritize a SPECIAL DEPARTMENT and SPECIAL EMPLOYEE - Survive to face management which create UNWISE POLICIES - Survive to face management which only able to blame and demand more without appropriate reward - Survive to face the truth that financial of this company does not support to pay overtime and severance package of employee, appropriately. - Bad cash flow since some BAD DEBTS from some customers in LARGE AMOUNT. - Large Account Payable due to some cause. (dissipation of material purchase due to so many not good product, irrational cash request from management) -Manual working system

    A good place for TRAINING
    The good things-Discipline for 5 times praying -There are still some good friends whose support me (in small quantity) -A good place to train our self control against all of abnormality in every aspects -A good place to learn acting. Also a good place to learn how to distinguish someone pure and impure. -The best reward for employee is "Graduate" and sentence "we wish you for a better career in the future"
    The challenges- Patient, patient and patient - Complain from customer about inappropriate product and service, incomplete ISO documents and etc. - Cancel PO and additional PO from customer, suddenly - Some customer do not send forecast - Complain from supplier for long term of payment. - Blocking supply material from supplier for late payment - Against rule and regulation to achieve the goal - Looking slot to defend our self, defense is the most important things to survive here. - Graduate faster than target, to obtain better career outside the group.

    The good thingsDapat pengalaman dalam mengetahui cara kerja mesin NC walaupun saya tidak memiliki basic pendidikan mesin. Selain itu saya dipercaya menjadi sub leader di salah satu unit area produksi khususnya area mesun NC router sehingga harus bisa mengendalikan dan merencanakan supaya bawahan saya bisa mencapai target produksi yngbtelah ditentukan perusahaan.
    The challengesTerkadang apa yang sudah di estimasikan tidak tercapai karena beberapa masalah dalam proses produksi berlangsung. Selain itu target produksi tidak tercapai karena sedikit susah untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan operator dalam mengoperasikan mesin NC karena mesin NC router dikategorikan sedikit rumit dalam pengoperasiannya.
