The good things1. tempat kerja sudah sebagai rumah kedua karna tidak ada perbedaan dia antara sesama karyawan, komunikasi yang baik, kekeluargaan yang harmonis, atasan sama bawahan selalu berkomunikasi, tidak ada nya kesombongan atasan dan bawahan. 2. tidak terlalu fokus untuk bekerja karna 2x dalam satu semester team melakukan refreshing otak(jalan-jalan) agar tidak suntuk dengan kerjaan.

The challenges1.berkomunikasi dengan bahasa inggris karna saya masih belajar dan belom berani berbicara dengan bahasa inggris, di karena kan priciple dari perusahaan adalah orang dari luar negara Indonesia semua, jadi kita di tuntu untuk belajar bahasa asing terutama bahasa inggris, 2.support team maksudnya kurangnya support oleh manager dan direktur kepada customer di karema kan banyak sekali group yang ada di perusahaan ini.
