    semoga kedepannya dapat lebih baik lagi dalam mensejahterahkan tim operasional/klinik
    The good thingsSaya banyak belajar mengenai tata cara menjadi perawat gigi, perawatan gigi dan alat serta bahan yang digunakan. Bertemu dengan rekan tim klinik yang saling support dan dokter-dokter yang profesional adalah hal yang patut disyukuri
    The challenges- tidak ada benefit perawatan untuk tim operasional/klinik, jika ingin perawatan harus acc spv - jamkes & jamtk didapatkan setelah 1½tahun bekerja - tidak ada status karyawan tetap/kontrak, status karyawan hanya "mitra" - jika menggunakan cuti, uang transport tidak dibayarkan.
