here, i learned alotThe good thingsi enjoy learning especially about garments testing which is such a new thing to me as chemistry graduate. and isn't about testing, but also i learned about pre production meeting, and everything about garment industry. i would like to thanks to the company for gave me this experience, gave me a chance as freshgraduate to work. such a nice place to be a part of grow.
The challengesthe workload sometimes too much (but when it's not, it's not), the environment kinda toxic with staff competing each others (even when there's no such as 'promoted to new level'). expat manager who often mad. i don't like the culture here. but there also so many good things here, lot of good people. also the management not too strict, but that's not a good thing. but for salary is so so (UMR)
