The challengesThe main challenge I faced was the lack of a solid warehouse structure and manual work processes, which needed to be strengthened, particularly in terms of clear role distribution and team coordination. In addition, several work processes were still handled manually and had not been fully digitized, leading to potential errors and increased administrative workload. However, these challenges also provided opportunities to implement improvements and build a more solid system.
