    The good thingsgood mentors, and flexible reimbursement. a good place to develop a career at the very start.
    The challenges"flexible working hours" means you have to finish your task before tomorrow because a lot of tasks will be coming tomorrow. low allowance. no culture like just managerial-staff relationship. not using agile/scrum. salary rate will be higher by year (5% p/a). your contract will be reviewed every year. after 3 years you will have a chance to become permanent-employee
