    The good thingsHal yang menurut saya senang bekerja disini adalah mempunya team, teman-teman yang solid dan membantu satu sama lain jika diantara kami mengalami kesulitan. Pekerjaan yang sangat membantu banyak orang untuk menginformasikan pendidikan yang lebih baik untuk menunjang karir kedepannya yang pastinya akan baik juga. Bisa berinteraksi dengan banyak orang tanpa harus merasa canggung karena tidak dilakukan face to face. Sehingga kita bisa bebas berekspresi dan tentunya dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP. Sehingga informasi yang diberikan tersalurkan dengan baik dan pastinya bisa bekerja sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan.
    The challengesMenurut saya, kesulitan dalam bekerja akan selalu ada. Bagi saya kesulitan ini ada pada ketidaksiapan dana calon costmer untuk berkuliah. Karena dana yang ditetapkan dari Universitas partner punya kebijakan dan aturan yang berbeda. Karena Universitas partner dari pintaria.com tidak mengusulkan adanya bantuan dari pemerintah dalam bentuk KIP (Karti Indonesia Pintar) atau bidikmisi. Jadi bagi yang kurang mampu, terkendala untuk berkuliah sesuai dengan harapan dan mimpinya. Meskipun itu sangat sulit, setidaknya informasi yang diberikan sudah tersalurkan dengan baik jadi suatu saat bisa bergabung kapanpun sesuai dengan kesiapannya.
