    This company is a workplace for individuals with a strong mindset & thick skin
    The good thingsThis company offers opportunities for fresh graduates, but it can be quite demanding for those without prior experience. There are many things you can learn from this company. The salary was already above the minimum wage, even though at that time Bantul regional minimum wage was applied. I am not sure what the current situation is.
    The challengesA few labor regulations remain unimplemented here. I hope the company will eventually adopt all applicable government policies, particularly those concerning the rights of contract employees (PKWT). *This was an issue back when I was still employed there, but I don't know if things have changed since then.
