Sehingga ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri saat bekerja di perusahaan ini, akan tetapi jika kita bisa memanfaatkannya dengan baik itu akan menjadi peluang yang sangat bagus.

    The good thingsCocok untuk yang suka travelling. 60-70% bekerja di lapang, selain itu di kantor. Suasana kantor sangat bersahabat. Allowance dan fasilitas yang diberikan sangat baik. Mendapatkan pengalaman dan pelajaran baru yang bermanfaat

    The good thingsSince it's a global company, eventhough I'm just a staff, I do a lot of interaction with other people from other countries' branch such as South East Asia (Phillipine, Thailand, etc.) and the HO which is located in Netherlands. Also the working environment is friendly and if you make mistakes you are encouraged, rather than being mad at.
    The challengesThere are so many things to do and since there are not a lot of staff, the responsibilities are higher for each position if compared to other companies.
