    The good thingslingkungan kerja yang baik dan nyaman .. direktur yang ramah terhadap karyawannya, serta banyak hal hal yang baru sehingga saya mengerti tentang jobdesk yang bisa saya lakukan dan sejauh ini saya melakukan semua dengan cukup baik.
    The challengesdisini yang sulit dilakukan adalah untuk tahap kenaikan gaji karyawann untuk penetapan biaya lembur dan untuk jenjang karir ini yang sulit di dapatkan dalam middle company sehingga besar harapannya saya bisa bergabung dengan perusahaan yang jauh lebih besar.
