    The good thingsPerusahaan konsultan infrastruktur yang sudah sangat terkenal mengerjakan proyek-proyek pemerintah dan swasta. Berisikan orang-orang yang ahli dibidangnya. Kekeluargaan yang terjalin antar sesama staff seperti keluarga.
    The challengesTidak ada lemburan, padahal kerja setiap hari overtime. Ketika deadline bisa pulang jam 2 pagi, bahkan menginap di kantor. Ada atasan yang selalu tidak bisa cocok dengan staffnya, sehingga karyawan sering datang dan pergi. Tidak ada jenjang karir yang jelas.
