    The good things1. Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim. 2. Mempunyai wawasan ilmu yang luas. 3. Mempunyai atasan yang dapat merangkul bawahannya.
    The challenges1. Mencari tahu sendiri jika terdapat kesulitan dalam pekerjaan. 2. Tantangan pekerjaan yang banyak dan memilah mana pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja lumayan baik
    The challengesTerlalu banyak tekanan, beberapa atasan krg manage undernya dgn baik, msh terlalu subjektif ketika menilai, terlalu individualis dan cenderung krg bisa mengembangkan team. Hrs siap bekerja diluar jam kerja dan tdk ada uang lembur.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja antar divisi baik, hampir ga ada toxic, gaji cukuplah buat single, tunjangan lengkap. Leader divisi lain baik2, bos2 nya juga baik.
    The challengesBolak balik keluar masuk accounting nya berarti itu sudah menunjukan leader divisi TIDAK MAMPU handle kesulitan & atur divisinya. Terlalu sering meeting internal divisi yg bikin waktu bekerja makin terbatas, sehingga kerjaan makin menumpuk. Semoga team management puncak bisa segera membenahi divisi tsb yg morat marit.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang baik, tidak ada toxic people karena culture kekeluargaan yang kuat . Jajaran Pimpinan dari Manager sampai Direksi sangat humble , low profile tidak ada tekanan sama sekali. Overall nyaman
    The challengesMemang masih perlu banyak pembenahan dari management dan perlu lebih quick respon , tindakan dan keputusan atas issue2 perusahaan yang terjadi. Jajaran Manager perlu lebih aware atas issue2 yang terjadi agar nama baik perusahaan yang sudah bagus tetap terjaga
