    The challengesLike dislike berasa sekali apalagi di kantor cabang, SOP tidak jelas karena ada 2 standar di perusahaan sehingga menimbulkan kebingungan sebagai karyawan di kantor cabang. Jobdesk tidak sesuai dengan kontrak kerja, mayoritas pegawai di warehouse pegawai kontrak (seumur hidup)
