    The good thingsBekerja sangat nyaman, waktu yang tidak terlalu ketat namun yang terpenting pekerjaan selesai dan tepat waktu, Pekerjaannya pun kalau sedang sibuk dapat lembur sampai malam, namun saat tidak ada tender, masih banyak waktu senggang, sehingga bisa mengerjakan tugas lain. Lingkungan pekerjaanya pun baik dan kompak.
    The challengesKesulitannya agak jarang dilakukan training rutin sehingga ilmu tidak ada pengembanan ilmu, juga kenaikan gajinya pun tidak mudah, tergantung kedekatan kita dengan atasan. Jenjang karirnya juga kurang.
